My research examines the drivers of voting, media consumption, and public opinion. Seeking to understand what attributes of the economy people value the most, my ongoing work focuses on explaining and predicting economic sentiment around the world with disciplined approaches to model selection. I also study the trajectories of voters’ beliefs by using survey data augmented with behavioral outdomes.

I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Politics at NYU, a Research Associate at the Social Media and Political Participation Lab, and I have served as a Data Fellow at NYU’s College of Arts and Sciences.
